Goals and Challenges

Mike Hayne, the owner of Safeview Auto Glass, approached me after selling his previous auto glass repair business to start a new mobile auto glass company. He needed to create a new brand, a website tailored to attract and convert mobile users, and establish a strong online presence with Google Business, Yelp profile, and a Facebook page.

Deliverables

We collaborated to develop a visual brand, messaging and brand voice framework, and optimized website copy for SEO and sales. We also designed a high-converting website with multiple conversion mechanisms, such as click-to-call and request-a-quote forms. Additionally, we optimized local business profiles on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and implemented a semi-automated system for following up with clients to request reviews.
