Goals and Challenges
The owner of The Grooves approached me in 2019, seeking a new website but worried about losing their hard-earned SEO rankings. Their outdated, custom-built HTML website was not mobile-optimized, had clunky and overly keyword-optimized copy, and faced increasing competition in the event services space. They needed a new, holistic web presence, including a new brand, logo, search-optimized website, agent-specific version of the website for booking agents, sales messaging resources, and improved presence on review sites.
Deliverables
We developed a brand guide and messaging framework, including logo, typography choices, style guide, voice, tone, and style descriptions, as well as copy snippets for use in various web properties and marketing assets. We conducted a website and SEO audit to understand and maintain their search rankings.
