Sarah Brassard is a teacher, author, healer, and coach with 30 years of experience in guiding women towards a life of grace, peace, and ease through her sacred self-care process. Combining intuition, energy, spirituality, and self-care knowledge, she offers mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction classes at various corporate and nonprofit venues.
Goals and Challenges
Sarah had successfully adapted her yoga, meditation, and life coaching business to an online format during the pandemic, creating a membership program called The Tribe Inside. However, the program's structure limited growth and couldn't sustain her business. She approached my creative partner and me, eager to scale her impact and expand her offerings with high-ticket group coaching experiences, lower-ticket courses, retreats, and private coaching.
Deliverables
We worked closely with Sarah to develop a brand guide and messaging framework, strategize and prioritize her offerings, and create a 9-month group coaching experience. We facilitated planning and organizing the new program content, implemented a new learning management system, planned website architecture, and crafted sales funnels. In addition, we designed and built a new website, migrated her marketing automation platform, and conceptualized and launched multiple lead magnets.
Outcomes
• Helped grow email list from 587 active subscribers to over 50,000
• Successful six-figure first launch of the group coaching program with 9 participants, totaling $97,000 in revenue
• Created and launched a semi-automated 1-on-1 coaching service, generating $7,500/month in recurring revenue
